As the Sponsorship Manager, you will be responsible for obtaining high value sponsorship revenue for a wide range of exclusive events.

You will be required to find potential clients, negotiate deals, organize the contracts and manage long term client relationships within a very tight timeframe. To be appointed to the position you must already possess sound sales techniques. In addition, having a highly consultative approach to sales in fostering long term and mutually beneficial business partnerships. The successful applicant must be ready to conduct negotiation and close deals over the telephone most of the time; however it is likely to be engaged in face-to-face meetings with local partners in the vicinity of Budapest.

Competencies & Skills Required

  • Fluent business English (Fluency in other CEE & CIS languages an advantage)
  • Degree qualified
  • Solid business-to-business sales experience
  • Excellent social skills and a smart appearance
  • Needs to be a team player
  • Desire to work to targets and deadlines
  • Ability to operate well under pressure
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial in spirit and thinking
  • Ambitious and committed to achieving success
  • Ability to assimilate large amounts of information quickly

You should have a strong sales history selling high value products to large corporations, then you will find this role challenging and rewarding.
