International Conference Producer - HCM Practice
Type: Production
Location: Stamford Global Rep. Office, Budaors, Hungary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Conference Producer to join a busy department with responsibility for managing an expanding portfolio of international Human Capital Management (HCM) business conferences across various industry verticals.
In this role you will help to develop existing products as well as researching and understanding new areas of development for the business. It will be hands on from day one and involve a high level of responsibility.

You will be joining a friendly team and working closely with the marketing and sponsorship teams - so good communication skills are essential. You will be involved in a wide range of activities including product development, marketing, copywriting, and research.
You will enjoy this role if you like to be busy with responsibilities to oversee multiple projects and tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Generating commercially viable conference topics
- Developing and designing conference content
- Acquiring and Managing speakers
- Managing conference P&L, ensuring profitability
- Coordinating Marketing and Ops/Logistics activities
- Keeping a finger on the pulse of the conference project
- Collaborating with Sales department to ensure revenue generation
- Engaging the HR community- writing articles, blogs and discussions to our European HR Professionals network
- Research: survey design, result analysis
- Developing podcasts, and whitepapers with subject matter experts
The ideal candidate will have:
- Quality, quality, quality conscious.
- Good knowledge of HRM practices and challenges.
- High level spoken and written business English acumen.
- Ability to produce written copy to a high standard.
- Excellent research skills with ability to read between the lines.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent Project Management skills.
- Ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects.
- Previous Sales or Journalism experience is an added advantage.
- Good negotiation skills, ability to present with conviction
- Proven track record of working to tight deadlines and under pressure effectively
- Good MS word and excel knowledge
- Happy Attitude, Strictly No ego
The role potentially leads to Production Management position taking care of 4-5 conference producers and various portfolios of events.
